What I Can Remove
I handle most non-hazardous junk removal jobs, from small pickups to full cleanouts. Some items require special handling, disposal and/or recycling which may incur additional fees.
-
Household junk
-
Furniture and appliances
-
Construction debris
-
Yard waste
-
Recycling: recyclable containers, cardboard/paper, scrap metal, etc
-
Special items: electronics, automotive batteries, tires, items containing freon, paint, 20 gallon propane tanks, etc
Need something taken apart first?
I also offer light demolition for small projects when items need to be taken apart before removal, such as sheds, decks, cabinets, interior demo and more.
Recycling Matters
I make a conscious effort to recycle and divert as much material as possible whenever feasible. Scrap metal, electronics, cardboard, and other recyclable items are separated and taken to the appropriate facilities instead of being dumped unnecessarily. While not everything can be recycled, I take extra care to reduce waste whenever I can.
Unacceptable Items
For safety and legal reasons, I cannot remove or dispose of the following items:
- Hazardous waste or chemicals
- Solvents, oils, or liquid waste
- Asbestos-containing materials
- Medical or biohazard waste
- Explosives, ammunition, or firearms
If you’re unsure whether something is acceptable, feel free to ask before scheduling.
How Junk Removal Works
-
Reach out: Text (preferred) or call with a description of what you’d like removed.
-
Get a quote: It’s difficult to give accurate estimates over the phone based on verbal descriptions alone. For that reason, I prefer texts with photos of the items you’d like removed. Providing the pickup address allows me to calculate if there is an extra mileage fee. For larger or more complex jobs, I do in-person estimates.
-
Schedule pickup: We’ll choose a pickup time that works for you. I’m fairly flexible with scheduling.
-
Removal: I handle all the lifting, loading, hauling, and proper disposal.
Junk Removal vs Dump Trailer "Dumpster" Rental
Junk removal is the best choice if you want everything handled for you. I load it, haul it, and dispose of it properly.
Dump trailer “dumpster” rental is a good option if you want to load at your own pace and handle the lifting yourself.

Quick cost tip: If you have about half a trailer or less, junk removal is usually the more cost effective option. Trailer rentals include disposal weight based on a full trailer, so smaller loads often cost less to have picked up and require less effort on your part.
Not sure which option makes sense? Reach out and I can help you decide.
