I offer 12 and 15-yard dump trailers for home cleanouts, estate cleanouts, garage cleanouts, renovation projects, roofing debris, and construction cleanup.

*$25 Discount for Onondaga County C&D (Construction and Demolition) only loads.
*Interior dimensions may vary slightly depending on trailer availability. Cubic yard capacity is rounded down, and all trailers meet or exceed the listed cubic yardage.
*Brush over 6" diameter is considered "Oversized Tree Waste". This adds $35 per rental, and $80 per ton for overages.
Extra days: $50 per day over the included 3-day rental, subject to availability.

Mattresses (do not need to be loaded last): $25 fee in Onondaga County only

Paint cans: $10–$40 depending on amount
- Wet paint must be in the original, sealed container with label.
- If paint is completely dry or cans are completely empty, they are considered trash.

Tires: $10 each (tire only) / $15 each (tire on rim)

20-gallon propane tanks (no other sizes): $10 each

Electronics (monitors, computers, laptops, printers, speakers, stereos, wires, cell phones, vacuums, etc)

Scrap metal (appliances without refrigerant, automotive batteries, steel, copper, aluminum, other things made primarily of metal)

Please load special items last so they can be recycled or disposed of properly.

Weight Limits & Overweight Fees
Additional weight is billed based on the amount over the included disposal weight listed above:
- Trash, Junk & Construction Debris: $145 per ton
- Brush & Yard Waste: $45 per ton
- Stumps and Oversized Tree Waste: $80 per ton
Maximum haulable weight is 4.5 tons (9,000 lbs). If you expect to exceed this, please contact me.
Loading Guidelines

- Add-Ons & Special Items must be loaded last, not mixed in the load (see details above)
Payment & Billing
- Local pricing includes the first 10 miles. An additional mileage fee may apply outside the local area.
- Payment is due at drop-off or prior to delivery. No deposit required.
- Overweight charges or special item fees are billed after disposal based on actual disposal costs.
- Accepted payment methods: cash, check, Venmo, debit cards, and credit cards.
Rules & Responsibilities

Dump trailers are delivered, placed, and picked up by Borsellino Home Services only.

Trailers may not be towed, moved, or relocated by customers for any reason.

Customers must provide clear, safe access for delivery and pickup.

Customers are responsible for damage caused by overloading, prohibited materials, or misuse.

Overloaded or improperly loaded trailers are unsafe and illegal to haul and may require material to be removed prior to pickup. Additional fees may apply.

Accepted as Brush & Yard Waste (Brush-Only Loads)
These loads must contain brush and yard waste only. No trash or construction debris of any kind is accepted.
Maximum 6" diameter. If you have material over 6" in diameter (including large limbs or stumps), this add $35 per load, making the total $360.

- Tree branches and limbs
- Raw, untreated wood
- Leaves (loose or in brown paper yard waste bags only, plastic bags are not accepted)
- Shrubs, bushes, and general yard trimmings
- Not accepted in brush loads:
- Trash or household debris
- Plastic bags (leaves may only be bagged in brown paper yard waste bags)
- Milled or treated lumber
- Plywood, OSB, or construction wood
- Stumps with excessive dirt or rocks
Important: Loads containing non-brush materials may be reclassified as a standard trash load or subject to additional fees.
Unacceptable Materials 
I cannot accept or dispose of the following materials in any trailer rental. These items are restricted by disposal facilities and state regulations.
If prohibited materials are found after dumping, a minimum $30 per-item fee, landfill dig-out charges, and any additional fines may apply. Materials may also be returned to you.
Common Unacceptable Items:
- Hazardous waste or chemicals
- Used motor oil (NAPA and most auto service stations accept used motor oil at no charge)
- Liquids of any kind (including fuel, oil, or sewage)
- Paint that is not completely dried (see Add-Ons & Special Items section above)
- Automotive fluids
- Medical waste, sharps, or syringes
- Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
- Explosives, ammunition, or firearms-related items
- Pressurized tanks or compressed gas cylinders (see Add-Ons & Special Items section above)
